微波燒結(jié)氧化鋁陶瓷的制造方法是多種多樣的,除了普通粉未常壓燒結(jié)法外,還有熱壓和熱等靜壓燒結(jié)法、Sol-Gel法以及CVD法等,在工業(yè)上,用得多的還是普通粉未常壓燒結(jié)法。
氧化鋁陶瓷的普通粉未常壓燒結(jié)法是在傳統(tǒng)陶瓷制備工藝上發(fā)展起來的,是在干氫或真空條件下進(jìn)行坯體燒結(jié),這種方法簡單易行,經(jīng)濟(jì)實用,但保溫時間長燒結(jié)溫度高,且致密程度較低,因而,進(jìn)一步提高透光率受到了限制。
