氧化鋁陶瓷和氧化鋯陶瓷都有很多種。天然氧化鋁是剛玉,莫式硬度為9 ,立方氧化鋯的莫式硬度為8.5 。因此純氧化鋁和氧化鋯來說氧化鋁的硬度更高,也更耐磨。但是氧化鋁陶瓷是混合體,它人工經(jīng)過配料然后燒結(jié)而成的,并非純脆的剛玉。因此要看陶瓷的氧化鋁含量,有的廠家有95%氧化鋁陶瓷,97%氧化鋁陶瓷,99%氧化鋁,99.7%氧化鋁陶瓷等多種陶瓷。而氧化鋯陶瓷硬度也非常高。
如果在離心作用力下工作的研磨介質(zhì)材料好選用氧化鋯,其單斜晶型密度為5.85。而氧化鋁的密度只有3.9-4.0。因此選氧化鋯做研磨介質(zhì)會產(chǎn)生更大的剪切力,提高研磨效率。 如果做為研磨罐,或軸承等部件的材料,則選擇硬度更高的高純氧化鋁陶瓷效果會更好。(圖/文tujian.net.cn)
