氧化鋁陶瓷從結(jié)構(gòu)陶瓷的角度看,氧化鋁陶瓷可分為耐磨部件、結(jié)構(gòu)部件、耐火部件、載體、耐酸部件、絕緣部件等等。從功能方面看,氧化鋁陶瓷具有電學(xué)、光學(xué)、化學(xué)、生物、吸聲、熱學(xué)、力學(xué)等多種功能。
以納米氧化鋁(VK-L05C)為主要原料制得的納米氧化鋁精細(xì)陶瓷,因具有多種功能,在高科技術(shù)領(lǐng)域及許多行業(yè)中已得到應(yīng)用。多芯片式封裝用陶瓷多層基板:封裝用的納米氧化鋁陶瓷多層基板的制造方法有厚膜印刷法、生坯疊片法、生坯印刷法、厚薄膜混合法等四種。
用納米氧化鋁陶瓷的晶粒、晶界、氣孔等結(jié)構(gòu)特征和特性作敏感元件,用于高溫和含腐蝕性氣體的環(huán)境中,使檢測、控制的信息準(zhǔn)確而迅速。從應(yīng)用的類型看,有溫度、氣體、溫度等傳感器。
